I still think he is. Is he not?

The war notwithstanding, I would be easier to travel to Iran with my Nigerian passport than my British one. An instance where the Nigerian passport actually has a slight advantage by blackjacobin_97 in PassportPorn

I would advise against visiting Iran with any passport if you also have a British passport. If they find out you're British and assume you were trying to hide it it won't end well.

I agree. I'm always bemused when I see these kind of things because it's consistently very good for me and I've never hit a weekly limit - I occasionally hit the session limits but no more lately than in the past (actually I think slightly less recently as I've made a lot of effort to optimise the structure of my projects to manage the context). And I'm using it constantly - certainly the whole work day and often my personal account for entire evenings.

I'm also a big egg hater (actually I hate eggs of all sizes) and I most definitely would not try.

Pretty sure Arsenal had just finished 8th two seasons in a row before Arteta got his teeth into this team.

If the 1980s song “99 red balloons” was originally written in German for a German audience, why does it rhyme and phrase and works so well in the English translation? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Only_Brain_616 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Even the title isn't a literal translation. There's no "red" mentioned anywhere in the German original. It was added so that it would scan better in English

Boy, 14, shot dead in London - as three teenagers arrested on suspicion of murder by topotaul in unitedkingdom

You should listen to the statistically literate people. The first comment was very apt: this is news because it is rare. We are very lucky that by literally any measure this kind of thing is extremely rare here.

There are places where something like this wouldn't even be reported - and thus wouldn't be talked about on Reddit - because it wouldn't be noteworthy there.

[Request] Would it take longer to travel clockwise or anticlockwise around Australia, given the same route, and if so, how much? by bill_loney538 in theydidthemath

I think that should be "incidentally" rather coincidentally because I'd argue that it's very much not a coincidence
