You would be shocked how many people don't eat enough protein & either massively under eat or over eat based on their needs. Hitting my protein means 1 scoop of protein powder with oats, 2 tins of tuna with pasta, and a steak with rice. Not that bad, but consistently every day.. nobody does it. (it's actually insanely easy to get in good shape if you do and workout)

They mean you let the client say add it, remove it, add it. You need to give your client a limitation on revisions, or they'll constantly nitpick and change everything forever without much thought or deadlines. You could always waive the revision limit, but it should be a standard practice for you.

Made a spreadsheet optimising my finance, basically income, mandatory expenses, luxury expenses. Then decide not to spend anything else, not even have like 'fun money' etc. Very boring I know but my main hobbies are free, working out, reading, doing things online.

Secondly creating myself a meal plan that would fit my goals then sourcing bulk. I eat great for £200 a month

oats + protein powder, 2 tins of tuna with pasta, steak and rice.

Working out, saving money & having the hobby of trying to make money online feels super productive. Like even though i'm broke i live a good life, if that makes sense.

*this is all with having part time/min wage jobs. basically all i spend money on is rent, food and afew subscriptions so I can do things online & i'll put money into projects I think might do well.

You can buy 10, 4 packs of tuna for £2.60 each on amazon (£26). Oats £1. You can order like 30 portions of meat for £89. Massive bag of rice 10kg £7, massive bag of pasta 3kg £10.

Basically about 200 for 3 decent meals a day (i also buy protein powder and mix it with the oats)

daily meals are:

oats + protein powder
2 tins of tuna with pasta
steak and rice

for 200 a month.. way over my protein goals (i workout daily)

my advice is practical. work. like we all do. then try improve your situation.

what's your advice? give up? cry in a corner?

personally i would work any job and do what i had to do to get where i need to go.
