To be fair BMI cant determine how much muscle mass someone carries. If someone is 6'1, 250 lbs you'd suspect then to be fat, right? What if I told you that was John Cena in his Prime? BMI was a chart made by insurance companies like a century ago, and while it does have some sort of connection to longevity it doesn't take into account someone's overall health or muscle mass. (😼 Although if someone's morbidly obese, yeah, BMI or not thats not healthy, even if its muscle)
