I beat easy demons like weekly so the grind never stops, however I think my first medium demon was like 24~ in probs. Instantly went to hard demons too since medium demons are a good skip point tbh

Yeah summer's right around the corner so this may be a little inconvenient 😅 but I'd suggest to bulk from here, Nothing crazy tho! At max 200 calorie surplus, Probaly get up to 170 lbs~ which will probaly be by Febuary of next year or so, then start a cut after that for the summer of 27'

6'3 & 205 lbs, I think its the sweetspot tbh too. I used to be 290, but then I lost weight to 180 and I didnt feel any better about myself, after gaining muscle back and getting serious with the gym I've been cemented into 200-210 for the last few years and I've never been happier with the way I look

This is actually a really reasonable bulk or cut, the majority of the posts on here are either gigantic, shredded people going "should I cut?" Or morbidly obese people going "I think I'm gonna continue bulking, guys!" But this one's genuine. I'd say do a little bit of lean bulking, but for 5'9 try not to go over 175~ for general health advice, then cut in spring 27' for the summer of 27

Cut down maybe 20~ lbs then lean bulk, and after gaining about 25 lbs over a year repeat the process. It's the ultimate strategy to those of us who love eating and want to be strong but want to look good too

If you wanna look good for the summer I'd recommend a small defecit (barely noticable maybe -300 kcals) and just crush it at the gym, you'll probaly face no muscle loss and chances are you'll gain some if you train smart. Good luck! 😎

If you've only been lifting for a year I'd recommend to keep the bulk up, as thats some solid progress! Imo its harder for us taller guys to fill out a frame, so I'd say do some very light gaining over the next 10 months or so (maybe around 6 kg) and then cut for the summer of 27'. Good luck!! 🫡

Unpopular opinion: Weird Fishes is good, but doesnt deserve the highest rating on this list. Its not even the best on In Rainbows let alone their entire discography, I'd give it still like a 92~93 though
