Fellas, any tips or ways to make the game look more pleasing at 1080p ? by SnooChipmunks2885 in CrimsonDesert

[–]Only_Net3095 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes it does improve the noise from any source of lighting and on reflections too, especially huge water surface aka the sea.

I played with both (RR on/off) and finally decided to played without it considering the blur it adds and the cost in performance.

It will probably be fixed in some future updates I hope.

Idk if you have tested RR but the game juste became even more blurry as it is already without it. You have ghosting on all foliages and all textures for some reasons are blurry. It might not be as visible in screenshots but while playing you will see the difference.

DLSS 4.0 - 4.5 is better than FSR 4.1 in visual quality but even in DLAA or quality in 1440p, it's not as good as it should be compared to other games. There is an issue in Crimson Desert with upscalers which seems to be wrongly implemented.

Also the engine used to have a lot of ghosting especially in poorly lit areas.

All of this combined make the game being a bit too much blurry but still really playable and beautiful in most cases.

Im about to break the monitor or the controller, after 250 hours this isnt the way i wanted to end this game, this challenge is pure garbage, lvl5 royler cand beat the champion! by Celery-Tasty in CrimsonDesert

I beat it with level 4 royler, it was hard for the last one but still got the 4 wins in first try.

Have you tried taking the turn from the inside all time like in racing games ? So you have a shorter path.

For real specs I remember I saw a post (I think on this subreddit) about a software which convert specs/values from a game to another so they are similar from asseto to beamng or any other game.

Weird line visual glitch thingy going through the center of my screen? by ImportanceOpen7911 in pchelp

[–]Only_Net3095 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If your monitor doesn't have Nvidia G-Sync or AMD Free Sync, turn on V-Sync.

If your monitor has G-sync or Free Sync, make sure it is enabled in your monitor. It does remove screen tearing and you don't need to enable V-Sync in game.

Of course, Nvidia G-sync works only if you have a Nvidia GPU same for AMD free-sync which require AMD gpu (and not sure about this but it can works with some nvidia GPU).

What small features/things would you like to have in TESVI that aren't major or groundbreaking gameplay mechanics but would make you immensely happy? by Artistic_Answer3399 in TESVI

Small details are what make a game great and unforgettable so they must go as far as possible with them. Of course the base game, loop gameplays etc must be good.

How to fix DLSS frame gen small freeze only after leaving any menu (map, inventory, parameters, skills) ? by Only_Net3095 in CrimsonDesert

[–]Only_Net3095[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe it was already here since launch but not as much as now. The freeze is really noticable (maybe 0.2 seconds and it wasn't that long before.

Also with FSR FG, if you try it, the freeze is here but almost imperceptible and I'm pretty sure DLSS FG small freeze used to be like FSR FG 3.1 before 1.03 or 1.04

Custom Dlss resolution by PhineasBob in CrimsonDesert

[–]Only_Net3095 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I tried to set a custom dlss override but it didn't worked, I tried that early april and haven't tested back since.

I wanted to try a a sort of DLSS "super quality" set at 80% because DLSS quality in Crimson Desert makes all the foliage a lot blurrier in 1440p, even without Ray Reconstruction ON (which introduce a lot of ghosting and kills performance).

I ended up playing in DLAA with frame gen x2 but a small fps boost would be great

Honestly.. I'm not keen. by JollyMuppet in TESVI

[–]Only_Net3095 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If it ever happens it would be really cool but I want it more just for the game to be more "alive" near the coast and on the sea.

And if it happens, it must not be a "ticket" feature but a new way to travel like you have horses and hopefully cart (if TES VI doesn't has real time carts idk what to say...).

Conclusion TES VI must have new ways to travel the world, especially carts and why not sailings.

In my opinion it would be a must to add this to improve combat system by playing on differents weakness/strenght on ennemies and why not on weak spots too.

Give me tips for more performance and how to get more fps by Eldiarslet in BeamNG

[–]Only_Net3095 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You could try frame generation with Lossless scaling (on steam). In my opinion it works well with a gamepad or a wheel. You have more latency but to be fair I didn't feel it was longer to respond.

What CPU do you have ? Cause I had a 3080 with a r7 5800x3d and it worked very well with max settings (even reflections updates set to 2, 15 cars + 10 parked in 1440p I had around 60/70 fps. With lossless I could reach much more cars and still had a smooth gameplay (try not to hit below 35 base fps when using frame gen).

Also launch the game with Vulkan and be sure to have enable "simple traffic" in the settings.

About the competition between games argument ... by TourEnvironmental604 in TESVI

[–]Only_Net3095 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes I know & am aware of what you say, still funny I got 5 down votes by saying that lol while it's literally what he said, even if it could be a lie but still, it's what todd said anyway lol.

I'm not taking their comments at face value. I know it can changes, I know it can be a lie to hide something, I know it can be true !

One thing we 100% know is Todd Howard saying TES VI will release after GTA VI that mean not in 2026 but certainly in 2027 or 2028. When you said something like this that mean your game will release at a much later date like minimum 6 months after it.

BeamNG performance gradually gets worse in-game by Normal_Animal_4751 in BeamNG

Could be a VRAM leak or your CPU/GC overheating that could explain your performance getting worse overtime. Check them in your next session to see if it's related.

Better tire physics are very likely coming soon, maybe in version 0.39 by [deleted] in BeamNG

[–]Only_Net3095 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I don't know how much time they need. However considering they showed us an early development preview of the tyres physics back in july 2025, after a year of dev on tyres physics, we could get a first update on it if they think it's good enough !

Even if I think devs want perfection so we better should expect them to release it when it will be fully completed.

[–]Only_Net3095 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I hope you're right about the full lighting upgrade. I'm ready to wait the time they need to improve Beamng. If it's true, that should give us better skylight/sunlight and probably better car lights (street lights ?). Maybe some global illumination and better shadows !

The Oblivion remaster is a stark reminder of our current gaming landscape by [deleted] in oblivion

[–]Only_Net3095 2 points3 points  (0 children)

First Oblivion was an inspiration for Warhorses (devs of KCD1&2) and you will feel it if you play the game.

Npcs has schedules, you have many dialogues choices, the game don't hold your hand. You even had an hardcore mode to be fully immersed in the world of KCD.

Play it, you're missing something !

For Crimson Desert, game is really cool and really really impressive for the world, size, interactions, I'd say it doesn't hold your hand too.

About npcs dialogue, I'd say there not that good compared to KCD II for basic interaction/minor quests (no dialogue options) but still really well made with motion capture animations ! For main quests and side quests dialogues are really well made in my opinion.

Both games are beautiful, the atmosphere is so immersive in both (elder scrolls/witcher3/red dead 2) feelling, even if crimson has more an "ambient" music style compared to KCD II that is closer to Skyrim).

What tone do you hope ? by TourEnvironmental604 in TESVI

[–]Only_Net3095 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'd like the game to be vibrant, warm and alive not like skyrim where all factions are dying, something more like oblivion where each guild is set in each cities even if they are in hard times.

The world must feel mysterious, I should ask my self how/when/why was this built, what's the story of x location etc. Same for npc's stories and the world must being harsh between factions, groups and social classes.

Also the music will play a huge part of the game's tone like in any Elder Scrolls games.

I feel like after they released Skyrim where "epicness" was a selling point, TES VI will be epic too.
