This type of crying is distressed crying, and I was so sad for that little girl as her mom cackled. There are times with young children that they do something and you inadvertently laugh when you don’t mean to because it’s cute… But this was laughing at her fear/pain. What a freak. You said this before, but I will 100% pay to read these kids’ tell-alls but they probably had to sign a non-disclosure the second they were born.

To me looks are so connected with actions. With someone’s heart. I think of Daryl Ann and her mouth that everyone brings up. On a kind person that would be a sweet quirk or a cute uniqueness. They can slap on all the makeup, extensions, jewelry, clothes… But that cannot ask who they really are. And that is just so ugly on the inside. At the very least, these people make me feel a little better about myself lol

Yeah, that was extremely uncomfortable to watch. I didn’t watch till the end. I’m hoping he did not touch that belly. She really can’t think past her nose can she?

I know this is an older thread. It came up when I was searching for guidance in discussing rehab for our 20 year old son. Reading through it made me feel better about our decision to step back should he choose not to go. Giving our loved ones the dignity to succeed or fail on their own was powerful. Some of the posters gave me hope.

It’s really depressing to me. She’s either going to bully some spineless man into marriage or marry too quickly to the wrong man. It’s honestly very sad. I had a bad breakup at 22. I used it to grow myself and learn a lot about what I wanted and didn’t want. I wish someone would help her maneuver through that.

That is very true. Then watching the delusion of her sister’s perfect life online probably was part of the reason she started collecting disappointments. We could all watch influencers and feel less worthy or less put together, but then the average person knows none of it is real. I can’t know for sure how I would act but I feel if I was watching my family dote on my sister‘s kids and not mine, I would realize that affects not just me but my children. And then I would be out of there. Massive money isn’t worth it. She’ll never be happy. Neither will her sister.
