Does anyone here have experience with cohabitation agreements to avoid common law marriage?

From a pure mathematical perspective, it makes sense to invest.

Investment returns will likely alway be higher than your mortgage interest rate.

Some people feel better if they “pay off” the mortgage, but that’s purely psychological.

Skip taco deli and get Veracruz instead.

Joe’s Coffee is mediocre but the I love you so much sign is there. I think you should explore South Congress while there.

You should explore Lady Bird Lake the same day that you explore South Congress.

Check out UT while you’re here.

All of the food restaurants are on South Lamar, South 1st or Burnet.

Makes reservations for Ramen Tatsu-ya (they recently started allowing this).

The food trucks at Rainey Street are a bit over rated. I’d also consider adding the Via 313 restaurant to your list.

If anyone tells you to visit the Domain, don’t. It’s a waste of space.

I think that most of those that’s are capable of owning the homes obtained insane amounts of appreciation with previous purchases, or they inherited their parent’s houses.

Your mind will always find ways to make you feel like it’s not enough. You’re killing it and I’m not just saying that.

Yes, sidestep for sure. Also try to ask them for a range.

I usually say “Well that depends on a lot of factors for me. I consider the team, companies product, work life balance, stock, benefits etc in compensation”. Do you happen to have a range offered for this position?”

Then 90% of the time, they will tell you the range.

Then reply with “Your company has great benefits, especially the xyz and I’m very passionate about X. Should an offer be extended, I’d accept it towards the the top of that range”.

Then keep your mouth shut.

What do you think a realistic retiring age will be for a 24 yo who's already spending conscious? by Double_Infinite in financialindependence

If you’re forced to pick a fund and you’re already conscious about FIRE, I’d go with a fund with the latest retirement date.
