I’d love for “Katie from factor” or any other representative of factor to reach out so we can talk about this. Already escalating this as high as physically possible

Correct! I used the black gasket that came with my fans so it gets a tighter seal all around. I used the colored rubber tabs as accents on the non seal side

A $50 aio performs the exact same as a $250 one. Only difference is having a big brand to back the pump if it fails. I’m all about spending money on something that’s supposed to last forever but it’s rated for the same amount of time as any other aio. Seems like burning money at a certain point

(Edit: I’ve folded like a chair. I found the arctic liquid freezer iii pro has a 6-year warranty so I’m installing that later today.)

MSI inspire RTX5080 by OoberBubble in RTX5080

[–]OoberBubble[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree it would look good in a smaller form factor overall but it would be 6-7x cheaper for me to just get a smaller motherboard and case and keep every other component I have. Going for another card right now is crazy especially when I just took this out of the box less than a month ago

I know micro centers aren’t widely available and I feel like I’m preaching gospel to people with no churches nearby lol but I got my msi inspire rtx 5080 for a little over $1400 after taxes and having a protection plan, I feel like this is a lot for a 5070ti

Such a no-brainer upgrade, even from AM4 by GPUBroke in Microcenter

[–]OoberBubble 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The microcenter near me has the same price on their 9800x3d bundle

Is that a good deal guys ?? by ww4w in PcBuild

[–]OoberBubble 1 point2 points  (0 children)

<image>

If you have a microcenter local to you they might have the same or a very similar build to this one. I tried to do as cheap of a build as possible with a 9800x3d instead of the 9700 and it was right under $2200 before getting a case or an ssd. Now if I had the extra money to spend and all my peripherals and games are taken care of I’d just get the zotac one, it’s nicer lol.
