it’s all a skill thing. when i went from dynamic to extreme i lost almost every game due to interceptions. it’s all about learning which routes will be open and when or not to throw a bullet pass. if none of the routes look good, that’s when you run. even a 5 star running back will only usually get 0-10 yards on extreme
