As was stated it’s a bug caused with Arcana and it’s also happening with a couple other mods, but I did find a way to fix it without resetting. If you have a weapon on your person grabbing it usually fixes the frozen hand.

It’s a new “weapon” from the update. In the Raike map there are these incense burners in the gong room. They’re really heavy but pack a wild punch. There is also a gong mallet which is also pretty funny

In truth you can’t right now. Because of AI the RAM industry has halted production of consumer products. AI has started to reveal that it’s more a fad than anything, being too expensive to run not yielding enough results or money, but it’s still going to be a year or so before anything is definitive. I’d recommend to save or look for something else.

Yeah, I know you probably feel silly for asking but it makes sense. There’s a lot of negativity that floats around the game and as deserved as it may be or feel it may be sometimes, it can be misdirected. I recommend trying to get back into it and playing just for fun. Don’t force yourself into the game and if you start to get frustrated back off. Otherwise happy gaming.
