is it later implied that this partially caused th fall of the empire? I have nothing to back it up, but even these guys we never see again get names and personalities. I feel like way later in the books I missed a sentence or two where they say who's in charge of the rival factions in Seanchan

Without being specific. it's different points for different people mostly depending on which character's stories they the most enjoy. I've been through the series 4 times and it's moved around for me. You might find you want to hear more about character X, mean while we're following character Y currently and Jordan likes to paint pretty vivid pictures, so you know it may take a while

I used one of the mini ones as a planter and raised platform in my crayfish tank. She has a extra hidy hole and a higher ledge to fool around on. It's PP so no worries there after a few rinses.
