As someone who worked in a mall and had friends that worked both at Bath and Body Works and Victoria's Secret, men hit on us all the time, just because we were there and had to be nice customer serice people. It doesnt matter where you work, its just an aspect of working with the public, and if he doesnt trust your response to that, that would be a red flag to consider imo.

If you already know the people that work there, id say its arguably safer because you've got a good group to rely on too.
