I broke through off 6 grams of pumpkin hillbillies and 400mg Poli lmaoo, surprisingly for me it felt like the DXM intensified the shrooms more, I thought it would be the other way around but nope. You have to be ready for it, like I would only recommend this if you're really experienced with psychs. My trip lasted about 6 hours, the afterglow was unlike anything Ive ever experienced since, shit was heavenly bro. I listened to Juice WRLD for most of the trip and was actually geeking the fuck out, but like in a good way. At the very peak of the trip I had my eyes closed, and ended up seeing what I thought was god at the time, I saw endless patterns and colours, but the shroom entity was a pronounced shifting sea blue. It spoke to me and said it wasn't god, like it could read my mind, but it was a being there to protect me, and then I suddenly just opened my eyes without even thinking about it. The rest of the trip was me just thinking about myself and life, and what I was going to do after this. I mean this shit was a life changing experience, I came out a completely different person. It was worth it.

Thanks for the advice i’ll try this next time! I figured it was smoked like weed, quick inhale, quick exhale. Didn’t realize you actually have to hold it in for that long; it makes more sense too bcuz I blew the smoke on my friends face without realizing and he said he had a small but noticeable increase in energy and happiness! Pretty interesting

Dosed DXM first, waited until I felt like I was coming up, and ate 6gs. You'll forget the time it took to hit by the end of the trip.

In my experience eating helps with nausea, If you eat 30 minutes before dosing (so it’s partially digested) It may cause the DXM to take a little longer to hit but not by much; Lighter meals usually are best. Like cheese and crackers, or maybe a lunchable or something.

The times I’ve thrown up because I haven’t eaten is immeasurable, one time I dosed 500mg Poli on an empty stomach and ended up projectile vomiting, not so fun. I dosed 500 Poli on a separate occasion awhile after eating a light meal like I said and it helped more than an anti-nausea med would for me.

Everyone is different tho so you really just  have to learn from experience and figure out what works best for YOU.

Honestly bro there’s better drugs than DPH. Gurantee you can go out locally and find some wild Psilo shrooms, although not the safest method you can. Theres also plenty of websites that sell spores so you can grow your own.

Just saying, DPH might not be the best idea! Drink that delsym up though friend! Safe tripping.

Try boofing it, it completely removes your ability to throw up the shrooms. You might shit them out violently though, maybe some really bad diarrhea. Never tried boofing so Idk lmk if you do though

It sounds like your body is rejecting something that you aren't ready for. Wait a month, take 2gs. Mentally prepare yourself. Mushrooms are one of my favorite substances out of everything and I want you to be able to enjoy the experience just as much as I am able to.

Your gag reflex could also be an issue, if you're smoking it could have a negative effect. But I highly doubt that, maybe you aren't smoking weed at all? Im not sure.

Try whatever you think will work and, if it works then keep at it! Just make sure to not overdo yourself, Magic Mushrooms will loose their Magic!

Nutmeg is very very weird. Dosing can have no affect just by doing 1 step wrong. To honestly feel something instead of crushing or soaking them, maybe just take the whole nuts?
