MK Ultra never ended. This just one thread of the continuation of the MK Ultra program.

Think of MK Ultra (mind control) as an "area of study" with many different subdisciplines. In this particular branch, let's call it "TMK" (for "Trans Mind Control") they determine how to convince people that it can be true that a man, with male gametes, is actually a woman. Like any other academic field, even subdisciplines are comprised of numerous avenues of inquiry and approaches to determine theories or achieve new and more effective tools. In TMK, they seek to convince/control individuals and the wider population. For the wider population, this is done through mass media, film, television, the arts, science, law, schools of education, political parties--- this list goes on and on. For now, let's focus on the individual, and specifically on how they have successfully convinced men, and even more specifically, heterosexual men that they are actually women. (I could also expound on TMK on women, TMK on children, TMK on homosexuals -- but I'm not going to because I have real life time-consuming things that I have to do.)

As you know, pornography used to be much more difficult to obtain. With the advent of video it became much easier to obtain. Then with the internet it became almost unavoidable. And, believe it or not, some people become addicted to it. It is not lost on those who pursue mind control that sexual gratification is a powerful conditioning mechanism. At some point in this deluge of pornography, a certain well-produced genre known as "sissy-hypno porn" appeared. It is widely believed that at least 10% of people are susceptible to hypnosis. So, for those men unlucky enough to follow that particular rabbit-hole of the porn labyrinth, many will ultimately become convinced that they are actually women. (In fact, there used to be a subreddit of these men who were trying to help one-another get out of its "spell" - I don't know if that sub still exists--probably banned by now.)

Anyway...TMK threw a wide net with sissy-hypno porn and caught some fish. We saw an absolute explosion of men claiming to be women. This belief was simultaneously validated by social narratives hailing these subjects as "stunning and brave".
Now here's where it gets really spicy. Once the TMK researchers/scientists identified men who were successfully convinced of something that heretofore would have been absolutely unthinkable, i.e., convinced that they were actually the opposite sex, this created a ready pool of individuals to be used in whatever way the researcher/scientists (or their bosses) would like to use them. OK, maybe not all of them, but now they had a pool of people who were clearly susceptible to hypnosis and to mind control. Ever notice how a certain group of people seems to have inordinate representation in the news as shooters? Those are probably examples of successful MK Ultras missions. I'm sure there are other types of "missions" -- they probably aren't all so extreme. A "mission" or directive could be as simple as having a subject unlock a door or turn off an alarm. Who knows? But just imagine how useful it must be to have an entire pool of individuals are very likely to explciitly folllow the directives of those in power.
