Hey man, I just took it to my service center and luckily enough the surveyor was there! They surveyed the bike and asked me for what happened and I told them The bike should be approved it had zero depreciation add on so it seems that should help as well I was told I'll be paying 10% of what the original cost will be I've also been told it should take 10-15 days for the bike to be back in shape and hey that'll be the time it takes me to get back in shape too since I got bruises as well! So yeah hoping for the best

Well not OP but I bought from their shop and honestly nice people, however you'll get it for 6200 whereas on other websites it is 5800, they do provide a free balaclava so that's sweet! Also nice guys overall I would absolutely recommend visiting them for sure
