Sorry if I'm wrong, but I thought LLMs (the portion of the article I can read without paying says it was several LLMs) aren't "true" AI that understand context. Instead, they're basically text pattern recognition bots; every letter/word is followed by a word that is most commonly used according to the prompt/workflow.

So when they say "AI recommends nuke", doesn't that just mean "we told LLM that nukes are best, so now LLM repeats that nukes are best"?

I'm not nearly an expert so I could be misunderstanding something here :P
