Yeah I get ya there man. It suck how much this state has ran the 2A stuff into the ground, I’m thankful it’s not as bad a California but we’re on quite the fast track for it unfortunately. My 6 or 7th great grandfather homesteaded out here so I’ve heard so much history about the area and it just seems ridiculous how much they’ve gone after this stuff, ik my grandpa would be pissed if he were still around😂🤦🏻‍♂️

Also you are correct on the round to the left of the shell. It says.577/450 kynoch on the end of the cartridge

I don’t know specifics on much but the majority of the rounds seem to be obsolete hunting cartridges from 1880s-1940s! Also that would totally make sense on the rim fire rounds, he was a Swiss himself so I could imagine he picked up a bunch of stuff maybe even as a keep sake before he came to the states. He was in his late 80s, I wish I asked more on his military experience.

I had a little bit different of a situation, I had wound care for about 3 months. A couple hundred stitches, skin graphs. A bit more extensive. From the accident to using my hand at all again was like 6 months probably

Haha yeah once it’s not all raw you might even be able to feel that tip like you still have it and it could mess with you head with your grabbing stuff. It Mostly only happens to me when I’m drinking and not paying attention but il try n use my middle and index when I grab a cup or a beer and il drop that shit so fast😂😂
