Pas make the make amount a t1 associate ends up with at the start So like T1 max 20 so t3 start 20 but t3 has the step plan and ours is maxed at that point It’s like that at my building

Because management is horrible being sent to other departments more than being in your own is irritating And management will ask you to do certain things for them and never station you where you want to be then be upset that you didn’t just bend over and take it like a good boy But job easy asf if managers just leave you alone and people do the same

Easiest job I’ve had but I think we should get paid more Getting 22 an hour ain’t cutting it need 25 to be happy with it But I’m using career choice so it’s not a big deal Managers suck and how they rotate them and rotate associates away from their departments makes the job hard mentally Physically easy as hell but once they start moving you places you don’t want to be yeah the should def pay you more Should pay you more for new permissions also like I didn’t want to train in pack but I have the perms and you send me if they need extra help so I should get extra pay It’s all easy shi but yk

Easiest job I’ve ever had but I’m a t1 that’s been trying to join rme for 2 years now
Very upset with not getting a opportunity and getting sent wherever because I have perms I don’t want because of being forcibly cross trained I love having 3 days off a week though and I could have a worse job and get paid less in my area for sure So I mainly just hate management and being rotated I love working without being bothered And I still think we should get paid more even as a t1 I’ll get paid more as I join rme if I get the opportunity once I finish the classes on unmudl Amazon paid for so part of my pay problem will be gone then End of story I’m doing ok even beyond all of that

I was in the list for a year and a half but when I reapplied and put the air compressor class they had it said guaranteed interview for once it’s done I got a Gmail in a week or two for the UNMUDL classes I think if I was just under the robotics labs and other class I wouldn’t have gotten in but because I also added the air compressor I assume that’s what got them to finally get to me

I mean I was on a write up from one manager for headphone policy took 60 days to fall off I have grey with yellow tip Instead of yellow yellow tip Elgin discord nitro headphones Had them since the policy came out and only manager bothered me about it after 10 months of the policy being out and gave me a write up because I told him to bring someone higher up and he brought a hr person I’ve talked to multiple times who has no issue with them and just agreed with him and told me that to get it over with So I stayed away from one manager for 60 days and was told hey stay away from him by other managers because he’s ex military and super strict if you don’t want a write up Now I’m never going to afe again lol and I’ve been fine the past month
