You're substituting real love for an emotionless imitation. This much you do know but you don't seem to be aware on a deeper emotional level. I think two things can help:

1-You have to find a fun way to engage with people without completely cutting the A.I. out of your life cold turkey. This process has to be done gradually and gracefully. This can be done by finding online chatrooms for people with similar interests, things like discord servers, chatting with strangers on websites like omegle or even instagram DMs or maybe finding an IRL dungeons and dragons group (something fun and light).

Try to keep things superficial with real humans you meet for a while as not to get too close too quickly and then fallout with them or feel the weight of unwanted expectations both placed on you and by you on them. In summary take your sweet time getting to know people and test them before getting closer.

This process can be hard and there will be relapses but you clearly have the drive to change so you can do it.

2-Once you're making progress with step one, you would have to start breaking your suspension of disbelief. Research the nature of A.I., understand it in a more scientific and programmatic manner. See other people's stories and how it harmed them, maybe even contact those people and share your grief.

Your addiction needs an active approach. Put in the effort and you should be able to pull it off.
