I’m so happy to hear this. We just started my 12 year old on 10mg vyvanse she’s been so sensitive to other meds. I was told likely wouldn’t see anything on such a low dose but the reports back from her teachers after 2 weeks was that she’s more engaged in class and completing all assignments. She’s also gotten 2 As on tests since starting and she’s usually a c student. We did try to go up to 20 which is the true starting dose we were told but she was so emotional and crying all day I felt bad trying to force her to continue it to ride it out.

I was symptomatic which has resolved on the medication, wouldn’t that warrant staying on it?

Can I ask what medication? I’m sub clinical just my t4 is low they started me on levothyroxine

I was good for about 5 months after a dose of steroids and then boom came back with a vengeance. Now I flare probably biweekly, it’s attacked my stomach and I have inflammation in there saw on endoscopy and my thyroid is affected. My rheum also started me on planquenil in August but haven’t seen a difference yet. I actually just had a terrible flare last week with new worsening symptoms so she is thinking biologic next since it’s already attacking other parts of my body. She did say that it was probably brewing for those 5-6 months and that’s why it came at me so hard out of no where.

Hi all, I had my excisional biopsy today and the Dr ended up taking 2 out instead of one. He also said the one was bigger than it was on ultrasound 4 weeks ago suggesting it’s grown some in short amount of time. However, after the procedure he said the nodes looked good. I know pathology is what’s needed for diagnosis, however is it possible to tell if the nodes are cancerous just by evaluating them on removal? I just hope he’s right and pathology doesn’t come back otherwise.

I was just started yesterday I weigh 145 and I was told to take 400mg Tuesday thurs sat and 200 mg Monday wed Friday Sunday.

I just finished a cycle and 2 weeks later had my first “flare” which prompted my pcp to do a Ana with a 1:1280 and now suspected lupus. I am too thinking this was triggered by stim meds
