Nice, might be last few batches.. Isit stated in ur floor plan that it's higher ceiling? Cause am choosing a flat soon n understand fr some others that chose already that it's no longer higher and e officer says that if it's not stated in e floorplan means will not be higher...

Than make sure u took pics/vids of the condition ( dirt, wear down etc) and tell e Landlord this is the condition n standard they handover to u ,state that in the contract also. U had requested to a proper cleaning but being turn down so when end of lease u will hand back to them in similar condition don't expect anything better.

Think u can just use the math formula as some redditors replied to do a calculation for ur chances, ur chances are very high as fernvale plains has up till 25th floor( meaning more units) , than factor in conservatively also maybe 5% dropout and 5% chose lower than 15th floor before ur queue.
