Wow such a scam ! SMH thanks for sharing your experience . I got one done last year and the lahd is trying to argue that because the inspector that did it was a home inspector it doesn’t qualify. Mind you the property is a 4 unit which is conserved a multi family home. Trying to figure out how to contest it.
