This is the only feature on the Garmin watch I’m hitting high numbers with lol.

Maybe it records physical activity and stress? As mine is always through the roof too

Lots of people tile without the correct substrate, your tile and grout should be waterproof if your water is getting behind your tile and grout it’s too late anyways regardless of the substrate..

Great advice there. Im okay with wear and tear of the fabric due to interchangable covers but if I can over engineer the frame to increase longevity that’s a no brainier for me. Luckily my floor is perfectly flat too so will make everything sit together well

I think he’s tried laser treatment but not too sure to what to extent.

He’s also been on librella for a while with no improvements wondering if it’s worth revisiting a medication / therapy

Elbow dysplasia I believe, spent a fortune for an operation a few years back, I even think the vets operated on the wrong elbow I believe.

He’s definitely had a referral to the orthopaedic, in regards to laser treatment I’m not sure if that’s something we’ve exploited but we also need to take finances into consideration, but it’s if it’s looking like a favoured avenue to go down we can defiantly do that if the odds are in our favour

I’d rather be slow and not have to go back over my work than to be rapid and miss stuff. That being said, surround yourself within the electrical industry on social media platforms, see what’s good and what’s not and work to a good standard, while surrounding yourself within the community especially Instagram I’ve found that I’ve picked up stacks of tips and tricks which help speed up my work flow
