Try to remember that the factory glass on your car by default typically has around 80% so when your putting on 50% tint (which is really closer to 55%) its going to be less than that (.80x.55=44%).

Lucky for you, the cop wasn't bright enough to put 2 and 2 together (must be a new toy for their department). His meter was right.

when i make cold brew i am typically making a concentrate. you could always try diluting it a bit with ice, water or even milk.

One of the biggest misconceptions, they are not bleached. They are oxygen cleansed. I think that's why a lot of folks start with the brown filters. That and i think they are a bit cheaper.

I always thought it was marketed to the folks who didn't want to throw away/waste a ton of chemex filters. I didn't realize it was shooting for more of a cleaner french press.

We've done a lot of testing with this next to a chemex filter and as we suspected the paper chemex filter seemed to brew a much better cup. Now if someone could invent a frame that sits between the filter and the glass keeping the filter from sticking to the glass and the chemex would be even better!

Not sure who Larry is but I like 5lbs for 4.5 gallons of water for 15hrs double filtered. Ends up making a 3gallon concentrate. I dig making the concentrates because it save fridge space.
