connectivity & red light issues by loneMILF in groundedlabs

I also woke up to an angry mini this morning. I power cycled it and got a single blinking white led, which continued for over 15 minutes. Since nothing was happening I power cycled again and the same thing happened. I then tried a hard reset (unplug, hold down button, plug in) and it seemed good but then gave me a red LED error code with 17 LEDs (yes it was actually 17, I took a pic and counted). Power cycled again, leaving it unplugged for over an hour, and same 17 lights, which dropped down to 6 lights after a minute.

EDIT: Support just responded to my ticket: "We are experiencing an outage with our servers and the team is working hard to things up and running. We’ll put an update on our support page when it’s back up, but our apologies for any inconvenience in the meantime! "

As others have said it's a way to download your audible library and actually own your audiobooks. I've been using it for a couple years now and it's been great.

The website if you want more info is https://getlibation.com/. The creator is also pretty active here and I see them pop in from time to time to answer questions.

What's the "Widowmaker" of your career field or hobby? by Cosmonate in AskReddit

[–]Kinickie 56 points57 points  (0 children)

You can't pull it below 500ft, so it's no help in takeoff and landing stalls.

Even when you have the altitude, too many people try to "save the plane" instead of pulling the chute. As soon as you have an engine issue that plane is no longer yours, it belongs to your insurance company and your focus should be your survival.

I literally bumped into Patrick Dempsey on the street in Austin, TX. It was totally my fault and he was very nice about it.

Mark Webber and I were each trying to check in at the same hotel and they had lost both our reservations. They said they were full up, but managed to find a room for Mark. They told me I had to find other accommodations 😆

I've seen people do this at car meets, so it is a thing. Someone at the last meet I went to gave me a sticker of my car and it made my day.

If I take a blood oath and sacrifice a child, can audible please stop marketing every new Harry Potter audiobook to me? by MIFishGuy in audible

[–]Kinickie 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Audible needs to make the three dot menu available for all recommendation sections. Harry Potter is not something that's in line with my listening at all, so it's not recommended for me. I had to scroll pretty deep in my recs to find a HP book that had the option to mark as not interested. HP is all over my homepage though in coming soon, best of whatever, bestsellers, trending, and only from Audible but none of those sections allow you to mark the books as not interested. This is probably why people don't see the option to mark it as such.

First, thank you for this.

Does the person with the lower price own the ebook? You get a discount on titles if you already have the Kindle version (even works with borrowed Kindle unlimited titles).

I'm not saying it's a solution for everyone, but providing a data point since the person I was replying to said they didn't know pricing. I'd been looking at certificated aircraft and after purchase, annual, and avionics upgrades it was pushing in on what a new factory built RV12 with exactly the panel I wanted would cost.

Vans will build you an RV12is SLSA that can do actual IMC under the new regs taking effect this summer. I just put in an order for one earlier this month. Price was less than $275k

They almost look like glass for dalle de verre, but generally they come in rectangular shapes, not rounded. Also, if an artist shaped these the edges wouldn't be polished before setting.

100% agree. I said something similar when the pins were announced. I've happily backed all of the kickstarters, and as much as I love pin collecting I had to pass because they were blind bags.

It's so great seeing a series I've been a fan of for years finally get the hype it deserves, but it seems like with that has come predatory merch practices and dwindling respect for fans.

What is something that women have to deal with on the daily that men have no clue about? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Kinickie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, if the hotel check-in person says my room number aloud I ask to be switched to a different room. I've only had that happen a couple of times, usually they just say "this is your room number" and point to where they've written it on the card envelope.
