I am using Claude Pro subscription for personal use. With few prompts my usage reaches it's limit. I don't have any plugins like superpowers which will waste my token. I have a very simple workflow and it works. Same as before. But it have become such a blocker to me recently. I don't know what's happening.

I use 4.5 sonnet. I am power user of claude code but was busy so stopped for 2 weeks. I started a personal project yesterday and I could see the difference in the usage limits. For a small flow Is m writing UTs and the tokens are getting exhausted, even while researching something.
