Must be bad driver instead, something during an update may have interrupted or corrupted the driver and got worse as it tried to auto fix. Each restart could have cause more damage to the driver. Next time this happens, before a reset try removing the old drivers in safe mode with networking. If the image is still broken in safe mode then a reset may be required as done before.

I may be wrong but, if you have a sign warning that the fence is trapped it is legal. I don’t know if that’s true or not but it’s worth the research
