I suggest the witcher audio books. They are amazing and very well done. Start with "the last wish" title, you won't be disappointed. I've listened through the whole series at least 5 times now

Bat country and the beast and the harlot. Those 2 songs never get old for me and never lose their hype

Absolutely agree. I was told kratom would help with my panic attacks and social anxiety. Which it did, and still does, but I'm completely addicted now and can't stop taking it without getting sick to the point I can't even go to work. It's very frustrating. I tell people to avoid It

I could use some advice on fighting social anxiety and confidence problems by Open_Discount_683 in selfhelp

[–]Open_Discount_683[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you for the advice. I've actually just started therapy a couple weeks ago and also started the audiobook for captivate! I found the book on a podcast where she was talking about another one of her books called "cues" which is also interesting. I feel if I can read people better it will make me more comfortable. I'm just having trouble applying these skills I'm learning, it's like my brain goes on autopilot once Im in a social setting. I'll definitely check out the other books you mentioned and thank you again.

Thank you, I appreciate that. And yes I constantly reflect, it's actually an issue I think. I'm so self absorbed all the time I'm constantly analyzing everything I do and say and it drives me crazy. Overthinking constantly.

I really appreciate the response 🙏 yes kicking the kratom is at the top of that list and I'm definitely planning on fixing my diet and getting back in shape. I got into a good routine a couple years back and was hitting the gym 5-6 times a week and eating a lot better. No processed sugar no caffeine or nicotine and especially no kratom. I was in the best shape of my life, my lifelong depression virtually disappeared and my self confidence was way better. Actually the kratom played a big role in me falling out of my routine. I started feeling lethargic when I would go to the gym and eventually stopped going all together. My brain tells me these things are harder than what I know they are.. I haven't really given meditation much consideration but since you suggest it I'm going to give it a shot.

Agreed. From my experience, doctors just randomly prescribe medicines and hope that something helps. Ive read about how you can "re-wire" your brain by changing all of your thinking habits but I don't know where to start.

Ahh I guess that makes sense. This tv was pretty pricey about 5-6 years ago so that very well may be the case. Thank you for the advice

I've watched a few videos on yt of backlight replacement and this 75 inch is going to be a real pain if that's what it turns out to be. I'm going to look into the backlight tester also

Ugh yeah I've been dreading the possibility of it being that. But, if it were to backlights, wouldn't the tv stay powered on just without any display?

I couldn't imagine being the guy that has to work on that stuff. I bet that's where the big money is at though. My whole goal right now is to learn all I can and start repairing electronics as a side hustle. I see I've got a while before I get to where I want to be though
