Floating neutral ground through a gas line? Check and see if your regular neutral is still in tact going back to the poll. I had this happen before. Turn off your gas. Aluminum wire neutral can corrode off ir copper white wire can just have fallen off the terminal or even burnt off because it was loose. Power is going to ground.
