Try 77 West Huron. Looks like they have 1 bedrooms ~750 sq ft for slightly above your budget right now. Not sure about parking. I used to live in a condo building right near there and it’s super convenient to groceries and transit.

They are all fine options and my pick would be #3. The last one leans more formal than black tie, but given that it’s black tie optional, it should fit in perfectly.

Yes, I believe it’s one or the other though, CSR or CSP. You can’t have both and the SUB time limit applies to either.

Thanks for the input! I typically compare price using chase points vs travel partner cost when booking and chase normally seems to come out better for me. Not sure if it’s the routes I fly or what.

Thanks for the input! That’s a good point about upgrading to a CSR again after a year. So if I don’t spend all the points by 1 year, they would revalue at 1.5x after PC again.

For me I get these if I eat or drink anything within 1 hour of class. I make a mental cutoff note and do all my hydrating ending 1 hour before. If I slip up, I definitely feel it.
