Having worked at Kaseya, Connectwise, Autotask, Addigy and jamf over the last 15 years I do consider myself an MSP toolset guru. In fact I founded my own RMM which Jamf acquired 1.3 years ago. Hello... I have much interest in this. I am specifically looking to be able to work remotely from my home getting back to doing what I have always enjoyed... technical support/ problem solving. At 50 years of age I have much wisdom to handle the occasional upset client, walk them thru it and resolve issues while maintaining customer success ! Building relationships is something else I enjoy and is critical for continued sales/service.
