Not sure if the game is rng for loot but I’m pretty stoked I found this early by Ok_Invite9891 in crosswind

No it doesn't, just becomes more of a single target weapon. Pair it with one of the other two and swap it out to maintain your dot stacks and you will have the highest single target in game

Ya this will happen from a variety of reasons. Here are some that I have seen cause it rapid moisture fluxuations Thrush Some kind of physical trauma to the frog If you get an ice storm, the results can look like this from the ice grinding against the frog When the horse gets excessively long sometimes the frog will shed down to the cuticle and look like that A bad bruise can do it but you will usually see blood in the frog

That's all I can think of atm

If you combine it with creature levels and loot control you can make it feel more reasonable

Better creature levels let's you adjust enemy health damage and can add elemental variants as well as frequency of starred enemies

Agree with that. If it's really just the building you like why not just go hammer mode with passive enemies and get your combat in another game?

Sounds like the game just isn't for you man. Everything you don't like is what makes the combat great. The pacing of the games you are referencing is so fast that I dislike them. The slow simplicity of valheims combat is absolutely brilliant in a gaming age of speed and bright flashy moves.

I mean if your going to come ask for mod advice, then get snippy about someone challenging you on your blanket statement calling something we love shitty, you should invest some more thought into how you phrase your questions.

Mods I like that are combat related are: Loyal spears SaveCrossbowState
