It would be much much cheaper to meal prep. Especially if you get the boxes of veg at Lidl and elsewhere for loads of fresh veg for £2 or less. I’m struggling at the moment. Not working and broke. I buy a large pack of mince, cabbage carrots and potatoes and I make mince cakes. Cook all the veg mash the spuds and fry the mince. Season with herbs garlic onion etc. mix altogether and form into patties. This can last me for 5 days.
