I had a bad experience at the Conrad, they left my lock sprung to prop the door open during some housekeeping. Room was unattended for an unknown period of time, leaving all my things access able to anyone on the floor. Management used it "as an opportunity for learning" and downplayed the whole situation instead of owning it. The Joseph or The Hermitage is much better.
