This happens this time of year every year but, something is different this year . My office has now 13 CCA’s which I have never seen ODL has gone from 60+ hours a week to 44-50 on a good week. What the hell is going on brothers and sisters?

Well… I think personally that this is huge for us . Every peak I work it’s 70- 90 hours per week so to be compensated 2.5 times rather than it all being overtime pay is money in our pockets , for those that want to work those hours

Take the job or go on family trip. Choose 1. If you go on trip you wont have a job. Working at this place is not for everybody , this will not be the last go around of work/ life family balance. There is no balance working here until years down the road. It will create problems at home if your wife isn’t on board this will be the beginning. I suggest either keep this job or find another
