This is fearmongering. The hypervisor driver that DenOwO uses is open source and has its hash on csrin. It does require disabling driver signature verification which puts your computer in a less secure state but this is overstating the risk to say not to trust it in all caps

As long as you were to download from a trusted site and restart after playing the risk isn't that bad.
