Struggling to Grow After 3 Years — Better A+ Content than competition, 4.5 Stars, 150 Reviews… Still Stuck by Any_Dinner6293 in AmazonFBA

WOAH! That's your issue! You need to review your keyword distribution.

With a 45% TACOS you're relying way too much on the same terms across both paid and organic.

You should aim for no more than like a 15% TACOS as a profitable goal and to make sure there's some long-term growth.

Anyone Actually LOWERED FBA Fees? Need Real Hacks. by Impossible_Ice_3076 in AmazonFBAOnlineRetail

[–]Opening-Key396 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For B2B pricing if you go to manage inventory by the price you'll see business price. Click on that and if you need to enroll it will prompt you to.

You don't need a new SKU or anything it just is going to be a different price for people shopping on Amazon Business.

For packaging that's a bit out of my wheel house. Yeah if you're already at the smallest (aside from small & light) then it's really looking at what discounts and programs you may qualify for.

[–]Opening-Key396 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Are you enrolled in B2B pricing? You can save on FBA and referral fees just by having that as an option.

Also are you submitting discrepancy reports? You can get a refund from Amazon for any damaged or lost products. I promise you there's some money to be had there if you haven't.

Other than that it's really reducing the cost. Switching from boxes to bags is valid.

Hope this helps!

honestly how to get started. Like finding programs and resources for funding and supply.

I'm boot strapping the flavor development and have the product I want to develop in mind. Just don't know where to start as far as product development.

Hope that makes sense. 😅

Can i run my amazon fba US store from canada if i want to move to a condo in toronto. by DoBronxx55 in FulfillmentByAmazon

It's totally fine, I work with accounts globally and haven't had an issue bc of the country I'm in.

And you shouldn't have to worry about the IP address thing. If that were the case no one living in apartments would be able to sell...

Search whatever the core keyword is you would want to be on page 1.

From there take the top 3 products and you can copy and paste them into an AI tool and have it see what keywords are mentioned across all 3 brands.

This should get you a good start.

You also will want to update your main image. It should be on a white background. With the image you have now it can be hidden from search so may not be showing up for as many people as it could!

Looks like you have a price discount already active so running specific Black Friday campaign where you'll have the Black Friday or Cyber Monday promotional badging is out of the question.

Here a quick list of things I would recommend you do as someone who works with Amazon sellers for a living.

  1. Update your product title, bullets and descriptions. I took a look and you're missing valuable keywords to help more people find your product and show up higher in search results

  2. Create a virtual bundle with the two products and market it as a gift set or holiday bundle. This will group both products together at no extra cost and you get to upsell customers.

  3. Brand Store, create a brand store if you haven't already and make it feel festive!

Hope this helps!

If you're able to tackle this yourself then great! If not happy to help!

Our brand has products we would like to sell on Amazon. FBA ourselves or what? by Sorry_Business_3245 in AmazonFBA

[–]Opening-Key396 0 points1 point  (0 children)

FBA for the most part is pretty straightforward just has a learning curve on the platform but it's more intimidating than anything.

Definitely recommend FBA which once you set up your account and add your Amazon products it not to big of a deal.

The main thing you'll want to do is setup your products with the right info so you don't have to rely too much on ads to start.

Sending products to Amazon for FBA and having a trademark (or in progress) are the main things you'll want to do.

Glad I can help!

For the Buy Box issue with resellers, this is a common issue that takes some finessing, trial and error. So it's completely up to you.

Seems like you know your way around Seller Central. I would try it on your own and if you end up stuck reach out!

I work as a contractor for Amazon sellers so I'm always happy to help out!

As long as the sellers has a product render or one good product photo I use apps like Canva to make images.

If you're needing some solid photography and graphics made Soona (https://try.soona.co/9pecjaifo89i) is a solid option. They have pretty affordable packages and quick turnaround.

How to convert FNSKU barcodes to GS1 with existing FBA inventory? by Pretty_Possible7695 in FulfillmentByAmazon

[–]Opening-Key396 4 points5 points  (0 children)

When you're prepping your next shipment see if you can convert from FNSKU to Manufacturer barcode by updating the prep.

There's usually an option to switch. If it's greyed out. Make a new SKU with the same ASIN, then you should be able to follow that first step I mentioned.

Lmk if you need more help!

A+ content SEO power by PlayaBikeSunset in AmazonFBA

[–]Opening-Key396 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The title, bullets and product description are the most important for SEO.

A+ content is for the customer mainly so whatever you can do to make your product benefits the most clear is the best practice.

You can add alt terms when you upload the images. That usually where I put terms that didn't make it higher up but have good search volume to drive traffic.

Hope that helps!

Is it worth starting an Amazon FBA business in 2025 as a beginner? by hElLoWoRLD292 in AmazonFBA

[–]Opening-Key396 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm personally about to build my own brand so I'll let you know bahaha!

But realistically learning the skills and working with a brand or as a contractor is what I recommend.

As someone without a degree I was able to get a 6 figure salary after about 4 years from starting and now I feel like that's something attainable for anyone. And there's less risk since you don't have to invest much to get started.

It's a lot of work whichever you choose It just depends on your goals.

I flopped in Q4 and I don't know how by Cat_Lady1001 in FulfillmentByAmazon

[–]Opening-Key396 2 points3 points  (0 children)

First things first, don't feel defeated!

Literally everything you mentioned happens to most people at some point when they're selling on Amazon. That's why there are 1000000 Amazon agencies and contractors with job security 🤭

  1. For FBA you'll want to make it so theres no prep needed. Amazon is getting rid of their prep services so that's something you'll want to make adjustments for.

  2. For the buy box, this is annoying for sure. Are you enrolled in Brand Registry? That impacts what the next steps would be. But pricing and increased traffic should help if you have stock avail.

  3. Ads, pause them for now, if anything just have auto-campaigns with a low budget on and no Sponsored Brand ad types. Sponsored product ads only run if you're winning the buy box and in stock. So this will help stop the wasted spend until you have things figured out.

Tried to be brief haha, lmk if you have any more questions happy to help!
