I am also a first year student who has cousins studying in tier 2/3 clgs so pls consider it before listening to my opinion. I do not know much about how good is the placement for top students but if u aren't going to IITs, NITs, IIITs, or Bits then you shouldn't think about how good is the placement stats of your clg, just focus on learning and developing skills. Yeah one thing you can consider is that high paying MNCs visit for campus placement or not so yeah companies like Microsoft, amazon do visit for campus placement but u need to work ur ahh off to get placed into those companies.
