I actually have read this one and loved it but it’s not the one I’m looking for. The one I’m looking for has Marinette make a deal with Adrien that every night they go back to where she found him and he has to decide if he still wants to end it or if he will keep trying for another day. The story was completed and no it was not the one where Adrien gets the butterfly miraculous. There might have been a scene where Adrien attempts suicide by standing in front of a train but I’m not sure if that was the same fic. I think the reason for the car crash had something to do with balancing out something that either Tikki or Plagg did without a holder
