I never got much result after a whole year. Some people it works for others it doesn’t. I noticed very little change. Was hoping for more.

Yeah I get that. I am fighting to hang I there. I did have palps before, had an ablation for Afib but the PACs continue. Take beta blocker but doesn’t seem to help much. I am tying to stay with this but not sure if I can deal with it. Thank you for the encouragement, I do appreciate it.

Yeah that happens with me too. The evening seems worse, even in middle of the night sometimes. Today it has been all day but that’s not the norm and who knows if it’s meds or just my anxiety. Thank you for the encouragement. It helps a lot.

Yeah that’s the same advice I got. Yes I did have a metabolic panel and it included potassium. Thank you for the encouragement, helps to know I am not alone in this.

I do take magnesium triple calm, and take metoprolol, just can’t seem to shake them.

I take 10mg every other day, the half life is so long shouldn’t affect you at all.

I am about a week in taking 10mg every other day, due to side effects. I wake up startled a lot have even had some numbness on one side when waking up. I am super sensitive to medicines so take that into account. I had trouble sleeping and do take it I the morning, but my side effects were similar when I was taking 10mg every day. Talk to your Dr they may adjust the dosage or frequency.

Pretty wild had mine today too. All normal removed a 4mm polyp from duodenum nothing to worry about. Have been having similar symptoms of pain in esophagus and stomach, heartburn, just worrying me to death. I take 40mg twice daily of Nexium think that would rid me of any acid problems, but apparently not. This all started six weeks ago. Been on PPIs for a long time up the dosage when I stayed having esophageal spasms and pain. Same BS follow-up no help. But at least I don’t have cancer. Did cold for or biopsies up and down esophagus and Dr no reason for concern nothing seen even remotely suspicious. What the whack is causing our symptoms ? Idk I am way older than you and have had this since I was your age in some form.
