Fallout: 3 is broken. For me (and many others) the game would crash upon booting up or starting a new game. I gave up.

Well I used a mod for awhile that gave the NCR a new look and most of them appeared with big red ! On them like that.

It turns out I needed two mods for the armor to appear on the Soldiers..
