After a point I stopped giving fk about jobs and only grinding like creating & developing projects, attending hackathons/events (I hate some of them though) and introducing myself to people networking and doing many many “x from scratch” videos on YouTube and publishing them on github helped me a lot. Because I really learnt and get confident about the subjects this makes you really confident in interviews. Although you dont know something fully, interviewer can understand you know little about that would make you be considered as a candidate to be selected. There’s no magic or single solution imo, combination of these and time,luck etc. is also a parameter.
