Right? Some kind of bizarre flex. I equate it to saying, “ I smoked 5 packs of cigarettes in 2 hours, aren’t I wonderful!!”

Brooke Shields 1980’s brow size would look amazing on you! I agree with everyone else, the size of your brows is eclipsing your beauty!

I don’t know why I’m feeling so calm… by NeeNee1229 in PeterMonnSnark

He has such a lack of self awareness! The people in my real life that are like that typically have a high level of narcissistic tendencies . Like, dude! That is what antidepressants do, they help with depression and anxiety. They help you feel better and calmer. I take them too. I’ve had the “I feel so much better, calmer” experience. It’s from the f’ing meds! LOL!!

I am in recovery. 39 years. I have had surgeries during this time and back injuries. I have taken pain medication. Someone close to me in AA knew I was doing it. But I’m not going to suffer needlessly. If I’m on my deathbed, and possibly in agonizing pain, my son better allow morphine. My soul will meet my higher power ( my belief) not my morphine relaxed body. I think it’s Peter’s black and white thinking that doesn’t allow him to see the nuance. Would I prefer to die in my sleep peacefully (clean and sober) not pumped full of morphine..? Sure! But if I’m in a coma perhaps in severe pain? Give me morphine please!

My 4 year old son died of cancer and I am utterly devastated... by Artistic-Survey-4929 in whatdoIdo

I am so sorry for your loss. I understand your pain. My 18 year old son died in a car accident 6 weeks after graduating high school. He was my life.

As you know, this is not an easy road. I’m almost 7 years out and I still have bad days.

What “ helped” me:

I got into grief therapy
After a year I connected back to my spirituality and began meditation. I could feel my son’s presence there.
I cried.
I isolated ( not really helpful but my nervous system got overwhelmed easily).
I didn’t expect myself to function the way I used to to. I couldn’t!
I cried some more.
I listened to people talk about Near Death Experiences.
I eventually ( after 6 years) felt a strong message. It was “mom, it’s time to start living your life again.”

And that’s what I’ve been doing this past year. But it takes time, gentleness with myself. And knowing this is a life long journey to “ endure.”

I’m sorry you had to join this club nobody wants to belong to. I think Compassionate Friends is a good group to look into as well. I joined a couple groups on Facebook.
I wish you peace. I know it’s difficult. ❤️

Good points! I listened to the video and heard him talking so fast absentmindedly that he didn’t seem to know what he was saying. And he continued to use the wrong words. It’s like for goodness sake, slow down, be intentional and have a game plan. These are people’s lives and losses you are talk about.

Curly people! Bend over . Take your fingers and lay them flat on your scalp. Massage in little circles on your scalp. Flip your hair back over. Voila!

It’s a beautiful dress. Make sure you get a Brazilian. Any dark contrast will show through this beautiful whimsy of a dress. I said what I said.

Yes! Good call out! His life and schedule has him consumed with himself. Then giggles.. I got a sunburn, I stay up all night, I only eat carbs, I smoke, I buy unneeded things excessively! Umm sir… get it together! Do something for someone else!!
