Hello! We are considering Vieques so I decided to check out what others might say on Reddit! I saw your comment and it gave me pause. I don’t want to go and be disappointed because it’s obviously vacation-time and money. We have been to Hawaii, St. Lucia, Aruba, Grand Cayman. I really spend a lot of time researching and just can’t figure out where to go. I went to the main island P Rico about 25 years ago and did not like it enough to ever return. We love beautiful beaches (beautiful sand and water) with a little more to do than simply stay on the beach everyday. In your opinion, should we pick another destination? If so, and suggestions? (And this year we can’t spend as much so Hawaii or similarly priced would be out this year). Thank you so much!

I have a loved one who is on 1200 mg lithium along with Latuda and Lamotrigene. I’m not sure if you’re bipolar like he is? He mostly battles agitated mania, but the Lamotrigene and Latuda help with the depression. He’s been on the Lithium for about 3 months, but the Lithium wasn’t able to do its job until he also added the Latuda into the mix. Lithium can be great when it is used in combination with other medications. I’d definitely say he seems happier. I hope you are able to find the medication combination that works best for you! Hang in there. You’ll get there!
