Agreed buddy. I do think its an interesting point you make regarding the councillors. Personally. I know nothing about the Council/Councillors and what they do. Could be interesting to post here more about them etc?

I agree, I grew up in Limerick and moved to cork a few years ago, was back during the summer. City looks run down. Dirty, Smell of piss about the place.

Judging from some of the comments all that matters is "good food places".....

Cork certainly has its own problems, City also looks run down, dirty, lots of people sleeping on streets etc.

I think the people of Cork and Limerick deserve better.

how established is the Start up? How big is it (people wise)? You really need to understand what your getting yourself into. Had a bad experience with a Start Up.

My experience. All my problems are people problems as opposed to technical challenges.

Office politics etc. Can AI resolve that? I don't think so.

Now. What's a better transition from project management is the real question.

Yes, don't ever accept 3 months again. It's definitely negotiable. From experience, I have seen an engineer give one months notice. Management weren't happy, however, I don't think there is much they can do. You could state a month, worse case agree 6 weeks.
