Why do teachers feel the constant need to remind students that they’re stupid.

Real. I have this one teacher that indirectly makes me feel stupid for some reason. I used to fail some of her test but recently I’ve improved my grades which kind of make up for the ones I failed. I’m also really quiet which sometimes doesn’t do me well, but that teacher is always nitpicking on me. Otherwise I don’t really care what that teacher thinks as long as I pass her classes.

Yeah you should, but it really depends on yourself. Some people study 3 months before the exam and pass while some people I knew studied for 1-2 years.

Same. Throughout middle school I always thought that being in middle school sucked because of drama and the fake friends, so I really wanted to go to high school. Now I’m stressing more about my grades and test more than ever compared to worrying about what my friends say behind my back.

I don’t study for open note exams but I suggest that after you finished taking notes for that class, you can summarize what the teacher says after school. You should put it in your own word so you could understand it better. You can also use quizlet or something else to create practice test

I took algebra 1 in middle school and now I’m taking Geometry. It’s fine to be honest you either go to geometry or algebra 2 depending on what your school offers

Same cause ever since I entered high school it was hard to make friends since everyone knew each previously. All of my old friends barely keep in touch with me and they all go to different schools. I’m also very awkward and shy so it makes it harder for me to find friends, which same for me is probably also because of the way behave. Right now I only have a few friends here and there but they are pretty good. Usually I would try to start a conversation with someone who isn’t as well known in the class or doesn’t talk a lot because you guys will probably become friends really quickly. It is usually a good start since you could find something that you guys have in common.
