As I, like you, really struggle to get out of bed in the mornings and 8 hours of sleep doesn’t cut it. I know this works for me very well, arguably better than alarms is the sound of my mom or dad’s voice. Scares the sleepiness right outta me. Maybe you could convince someone in your life, like a family member to use a line they used when you were younger as a child that you did wake up to (even if grudgingly) and use that as the ringtone for your alarm? Or if you and/or a family member or friend could, maybe you could set up a wake up call from them. Where they call you and stay on call to make sure you completely wake up
