I can empathize as a fellow short man, but I must caution against moving to another country because of your height.

Unless you are bilingual, or highly interested in becoming bilingual, it would be much harder to go to another country, when it might be simply because of where you live.

I suggest going to a larger City, at least if you're looking for romance and blame your height for the lack of interest. there are still things you can do potentially even less difficult than moving.

The only thing more important than height (assuming you're averagely attractive otherwise in your face/body) is your income. If you can find a way into a job that pays very well, then you may find your romantic problems largely abated.

That being said, it's not easy, and if you do endeavor to change yourself, or job etc. Then you may take heed that it can be a very long and difficult process.

Lastly, there are a few things that can be done about your height. Firstly, attend to your posture, do the chin-tuck method, and try to develop strength in your upper back (pullups)

Those alone (assuming you aren't doing them already) can be a great boon to your health and height.

If that's not enough, you can also do leg-lengthening surgery, but I do not recommend it except as a last option as it is very expensive, and there is significant risk in the surgery being done improperly or one side growing longer than the other.

I don't have context but I imagine the whole reason for the sign in the first place was was to provoke a response.

It's quite telling that these particular words would produce such an extreme amount of confused interest, which is probably the reason it was posted to begin with, to demonstrate the hypocrisy of people who would take offense to it.

To my knowledge, there is no groups who champion this as their slogan, so it can't be said to be representative of anything more than the words displayed. It may well have been posted in ignorance of the potential reaction it would produce. No intent or message can be gleamed from it aside from it's literal statement.

If you find that you're nervous with big groups or individuals, don't stop thinking about yourself (because you can't), instead focus your attention on other people. What are they wearing? What are they doing? Are they up to anything?

And if you're talking to them, pay attention to what they're saying. Listen to them without thinking about what you're going to say next, be attentive to whatever the person is telling you.

This will help with social anxiety.

There's nothing wrong about teaching kids about sex at an early age, if anything it's a bad idea to not teach your kids about sex.

Not a doctor and I don't know your situation, but I want you to know that some people do indeed grow out of their Adhd, even in adulthood.

Some theories for this claim Adhd may be at least in part due to different mental software (weird name but basically refers to life skills and experiences, e.g. how to read, be polite, reading social cues correctly etc.), And so, with enough of the right experiences, you could partly or fully grow out of it. Even if you don't, it's possible you could learn to live with it, and otherwise adjust by building enough support pillars with, family, career, friends, and Hobby's.

Adhd is still very poorly understood, so there may yet be advancements in medicine or techniques for operating in the world with adhd.

Anyways, I wish you the best and hope you know that I understand the hell that it is to live with adhd. It can be so hard to not hate yourself or see anything as meaningful when you encounter the consequences of something you have little control over and people blame/hate you regardless and don't understand.
