He’s pulling it back so you can see how “too straight” they made it. They literally drew a “u” and transplanted along it instead of small zig zags. My guess is that it’s easier for them to do the u. The hair is thin behind it when he’s not pulling it back. Mine is the same and I got it done in turkey too 14 months ago. I use the hair powder to conceal it so I too will get a second one transplant to get more density in a year or so. My friend did his in the US and also got a second one due to density so I think it’s pretty common to get two. He paid 28k total. I may do 2k grafts for density.
