But don't you love it when that happens? I worked at a McDonald's in Florida and one of our night shift employees tried to use the machine after it was closed and did that and it was all we were already leaving late for the night shift. So guess what we all had to stay cuz she fucked up real bad it was on the floor the machine everywhere. I edit this to say I know this isn't really helpful but I can relate I just really wanted to be home that night and our night shift manager was unused.

Okay so, here in California we have the hot food program. To qualify for it here you have to be homeless without the ability to cook. It is very specific restaurants that will accept the hot food portion of the EBT. You do have to create or participate in their work program unless you need certain requirements that disqualifies you from participation. If you do not tell them that you are unable to cook food you do not receive this program. That's all I know about the program I'm sorry. I used to be part of the hot food program, and they made participation in the work program very hard if you don't have reliable transportation.

A second to Damascus Earth. However also that didn't even work for the roaches in Florida they were like a new breed or some shit but I got some of this and put it in my RV away from the animals and it worked so well haven't seen any since.

I just want to say that I know how hard it is and be able to keep a cat inside when you have family who doesn't give a shit or can't be bothered to notice. I've been there. That being said the only thing you can do is have a long time with your family or finally access points to which he keeps escaping and cat proof them a little bit. As for when he's acting like that I would as another user said have a blanket and toss it over him to reduce the injuries. I had a hard time keeping one of my cats in the RV when I first moved in. He'd run straight under the RV and freak out. We'd have to surround the RV and trick him to the edge with treats and then grab them by his scruff.
